i am eating "sea and earth salad" at the moment. according to the label, it contains:

wild rice, wheatberries, green pepper, red pepper, onion, cashews, hijiki seaweed, arame seaweed, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, and red wine vinegar.
