it won't take into effect until two weeks before i'm slated to move back to boston, but at least when i come back to visit, it'll be nice to not have to dry-clean everything every time i go out dancing.
of course, the fact that someone in the article compares the smoking ban to SLAVERY is just another salient reminder that i'm living in the south.

seriously, that was the most fun i've ever had on a birthday in my life. any birthday where you start off at a schmancy wine bar aty 7pm for elegant dining and end up at a waffle house at 3am talking about strippers... well, it's gotta be good.
maria/ananda/jenna/travis/alisa/kristine/george/brian/marty/nicole/josh -- you are awesome and i love you all. few people in my life are as wonderful as you all are.
